VISION & DENTAL

We offer no cost vision and dental for each employee as well as cover them under our Health Reimbursement Arrangement. Employees are reimbursed up to 75% of premiums for self-chosen medical insurance or 50% of deductibles and co-pays. *US Gov’t regulations apply

PAID TIME OFF

Our PTO policy allows team members 6 paid holidays and 3 sick days annually, along with 1 week of vacation time. Employees gradually accrue additional vacation time, earning up to 2 weeks of vacation throughout their tenure with the company.

401 K OPPORTUNITIES

Our company provides a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match. Employees can contribute a portion of their pre or post-tax earnings to their 401(k) accounts, with the company matching a percentage of their contributions. 

DISABILITY

We offer comprehensive disability coverage, including both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance. In the event an employee becomes ill or injured off the job, they can receive up to 60% of their salary, ensuring financial stability during their recovery period.

Staff members have the opportunity to allocate a portion of their income to a retirement account that offers tax advantages, and there is also the possibility of receiving matching contributions from the employer.
