JOB DESCRIPTION
As a CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading materials, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and other specialized equipment.
- Load and unload materials
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist with general labor duties and other tasks as needed on job sites.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate various types of construction equipment, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and trailers.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
