AutoZone Wyoming
For this project our team undertook a variety of critical tasks to prepare the site for construction. This included conducting site demolition and milling operations to clear the area and prepare it for further development. We also installed utilities to ensure proper infrastructure for the site, including water, sewer, and electrical systems. Additionally, we implemented stormwater management measures and erosion control techniques to protect the surrounding environment during construction. Our expertise in site concrete work was essential for creating durable foundations and structures, while our asphalt paving services provided smooth and reliable surfaces for parking and access. Finally, our foundation concrete and masonry work ensured a solid base for the building, contributing to the project's overall success and quality.
Pocono Summit Realty
This project began with extensive land clearing operations, followed by implementing erosion control measures and stormwater management systems to safeguard the surrounding environment. We executed large-scale earthwork to sculpt the terrain and facilitate proper drainage, while also installing utilities to support the retail infrastructure. Additionally, our expertise in site concrete work ensured the construction of durable foundations, curbs, and sidewalks, providing essential infrastructure for the retail establishments. Finally, we completed the project by milling and paving roadways and creating a highway turning lane into the site, complete with signalization for enhanced traffic flow and safety.

Our involvement in this project encompassed a range of essential tasks aimed at optimizing the site for efficient operations. Beginning with erosion control measures and bulk earthwork, we carefully graded the land to meet project specifications. Implementation of stormwater management systems ensured proper drainage, safeguarding the property against potential water damage. Additionally, our team constructed durable curbing throughout the site to delineate traffic flow and enhance safety. Finally, we completed the project by paving the designated areas, providing a smooth and durable surface for daily operations at the warehouse facility.
Dollar General Blakeslee
This project included tree clearing, erosion control, and stormwater management to ensure environmental compliance. Additionally, we handled the installation of utilities and executed cut-fill operations, incorporating large import structural fill for stability. The project also involved the construction of stone bases, asphalt paving, and concrete sidewalks and curbs, providing durable infrastructure for the site. We meticulously laid concrete foundations and utilized laser screed technology for precise concrete slab on-grade installation. Furthermore, we obtained necessary Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Highway Occupancy Permit improvements and implemented traffic control measures, including saw cutting and asphalt demolition, to facilitate safe and efficient construction operations.
