He expertly manages projects across various sectors, including both the public and private domains, guaranteeing top-notch construction services. Julius's educational background is equally impressive, having earned a degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from the esteemed Penn State University. Additionally, he has undergone further training at the highly regarded Monroe Career & Technical Institute.
