LABORER

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labor duties, including but not limited to, site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating hand and power tools.
• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading surfaces, and setting up temporary structures.
• Help with the installation of utilities, including laying pipes, setting manholes, and backfilling trenches.
• Aid in the installation of structural components, such as steel beams, wooden frames, and masonry units.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of tools and equipment.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and the ability to operate them safely.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as required.
